2. Introduction to trommel screen

Trommel screen is an essential component for the gold mining project. It is composed of two parts, trommel and screen.

It's function is to break the raw ore into slurry and separate the unwanted gravels that don't contain gold. What's more, the trommel screen could scrub the wrappage of the gold,like iron and sulfur.

Our trommel screen is specially designed. It is driven and supported by tubeless tyres which can be used for longer time than the chain and gears.

The most eaily worn out spare parts are the V-blet and bearings. They are easy and quick to change so it will save a lot of labour and time.
